1 Scope
this standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marks, packaging, transportation and storage of plate printer
this standard is applicable to plate printing machines for drying copper zinc plates, gravure plates and PS plates. This standard is not applicable to continuous printer
2 reference standard
the provisions contained in the following standards constitute provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the editions shown are valid. 3 technical requirements
3.1 the plate printer shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the specified procedures
3.2 the model and name of the product shall comply with the provisions of JB/T 3090
3.3 working conditions
a) ambient temperature: 0 ℃ ~ 40 ℃
b) relative humidity: <80%
3.4 the working glass shall comply with the provisions of first-class products in GB 4871-1995. The effective working surface shall be free of scratch, bubble, mildew and other defects
3.5 the uniformity of illumination on the working face shall not be less than 86%
3.6 during the working process, the printing plate should keep in full contact with the glass surface, the vacuum system should be able to obtain a vacuum of 80 kPa within 60s, and the vacuum degree should not drop during the working period
3.7 when opening and closing the print frame, the force on the handle should be less than 70 n. when turning the print frame, the force on the handle should be less than 40n
3.8 all moving parts of the plate printer should operate flexibly and reliably
3.9 repeated exposure time error:
a) the repeated exposure time error of the exposure control system with timer shall be less than ± 1%
b) the plate printer with automatic light compensation system shall be able to automatically adjust the exposure time for compensation according to the change of light intensity caused by power supply voltage fluctuation or lamp aging
3.10 the working noise should be less than 70 dB (a)
3.11 safety
3.11.1 the plate printer should be equipped with necessary protective devices to protect the operator from ultraviolet light
3.11.2 electrical quality
3.11.2.1 the electrical system should be wired neatly, all kinds of marks should be complete, correct, arranged in order, and the joints should be firm
3.11.2.2 the machine should work normally when the power supply voltage fluctuates by ± 10%
3.11.2.3 the insulation resistance between the short-circuit power circuit and the protective circuit (including the base) conductor shall not be less than 1m Ω
avoid unnecessary expenses: avoid heavy blows in the application process and handling process. 3.11.2.4 the resistance between the external protective conductor terminal and any exposed conductor parts of the electrical equipment and the fuselage shell shall not be greater than 0.1 Ω
3.11.2.5 the electrical equipment must use 1500V (50Hz) voltage, and there is no breakdown and flashover after 1s withstand voltage test
3.12 appearance quality
3.12.1 the exposed machined surface shall be free of bumps, scratches, rust and other defects
3.12.2 the exposed machined surface shall be free of defects detrimental to beauty, such as pores, bumps, depressions, etc
3.12.3 the paint layer shall be flat and smooth, with uniform color and gloss, without obvious prominent particles, adherents and sand track marks. The paint film is not allowed to have sagging, blistering, gloss loss and obvious orange peel
3.13 the time from the normal use of the plate printer to the first overhaul shall not be less than 2500 hours
3.14 the service life of the plate printer should be no less than 12 years in two shifts
3.15 scope of complete product supply:
a) host
b) light source
c) auxiliary equipment
4 test method
4.1 illuminance test
under the condition of no interference with the light source, adjust the light source to the lowest position of normal operation, place the illuminance measuring head with an accuracy of not less than ± 4% on the working glass surface to measure the illuminance value li of the center, four corners and each side center of the plate frame, and calculate the illuminance uniformity a on the working surface according to formula (1), which should comply with the provisions of 3.5

where: Li - illumination of each measuring point, which means that lighter and stronger parts and components can be sold faster, LX
l - average illuminance of nine measuring points, LX
4.2 vacuum degree test
place the printing plate with the largest size corresponding to the machine specification on the working position, close the upper and lower plate frames, turn on the vacuum pump, and use a stopwatch to measure the time required for the vacuum degree in the working area to reach 80kPa; Then print the plate regularly for 3 minutes, and observe that the vacuum degree should not drop during the printing process
4.3 exposure time error test
a) use a stopwatch to measure and calibrate the actual exposure time for 5min for three times, and calculate the repeated exposure time error according to formula (2) δ, It shall comply with the provisions of 3.9

b) adjust the working voltage of the light source to ± 5% of the rated voltage with a voltage regulator. When the working voltage is higher than the rated voltage, the actual exposure time measured with a stopwatch should be shorter than the set value. When the working voltage is lower than the rated voltage, the actual exposure time measured with a stopwatch should be longer than the set value
4.4 use a spring scale to measure the opening, closing and overturning force of the printing frame, which should comply with the provisions of 3.7
4.5 noise test
when the plate printer works normally, use an ordinary sound level meter to measure the noise of the machine. The microphone is 1.5m higher than the ground and 1m away from the symmetrical center around the machine. Measure four points, and its arithmetic mean value should meet the provisions of 3.10
4.6 electrical quality inspection
4.6.1 the quality of visual electrical system shall comply with the provisions of 3.11.2.1
4.6.2 repeatedly start and stop the plate printer, and check its operation, which should comply with the provisions of 3.8 and 3.11.2.2
4.6.3 conduct the test according to the provisions of 20.3 in GB/T 5226.1-1996, and the measured insulation resistance should meet the provisions of 3.11.2.3
4.6.4 the test shall be carried out according to the provisions of 20.2 in GB/T 5226.1-1996, and the results shall comply with the provisions of 3.11.2.4
4.6.5 carry out the test according to the provisions of 20.4 in GB/T 5226.1-1996, and its compressive strength should meet the provisions of 3.11.2.5
4.7 visual inspection of product appearance quality shall comply with the provisions of 3.12
4.8 the complete supply scope of visual inspection shall comply with the provisions of 3.15
4.9 visual inspection of protective devices shall comply with the provisions of 3.11.1
5 inspection rules
5.1 factory inspection
5.1.1 tax each product must pass the inspection of the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before leaving the factory
5.1.2 each product must be inspected by the quality inspection department according to the provisions of 4.1, 4.2, 4.4, 4.6 ~ 4.9 before leaving the factory. If one item is unqualified, the product is unqualified
5.2 type test
5.2.1 type test shall be carried out in case of one of the following situations:
a) trial production and finalization appraisal of new products or old products transferred to factories
b) in formal production, if there are major changes in structure, material, process and design, which may affect product performance
c) when the product is discontinued for one year and resumed production
5.2.2 the type test shall check the marking, packaging, transportation and storage according to all items of this standard
