1. The conventional electronic universal material testing machine
this kind of testing machine is the mainstream product of today's universal material testing machine. It uses the servo motor as the power source, and the lead screw and nut as the actuator to realize the speed control of the moving beam of the testing machine. It is simple to operate, has low requirements for testers, and the test stroke can be customized as needed. Although the control mode is relatively simple, There is only one control mode of speed, but its control accuracy and control range are very high and wide. Taking Regel's testing machine as an example, its speed adjustment range can reach 0.001mm/min ~ 1000mm/min, stepless speed regulation, control accuracy can reach 0.5%, and small tonnage models are easy to realize. If the friction coefficient is made, the full load is only 5N. It has great configuration flexibility. It can be equipped with sensors, fixtures and accessories of different tonnage as needed to realize multiple functions of one machine, and complete the functions of pulling, pressing, bending, shearing, peeling, tearing, friction coefficient, torsion, etc. Looking at the relevant standards for plastic mechanical property inspection, the requirements for the control mode of the testing machine are almost speed control. 2. Three closed loop electronic universal material testing machine
this kind of testing machine has the characteristics of wide speed range, large test stroke and flexible configuration of conventional electronic universal testing machine, and also has the advantages of force, displacement and deformation control of electro-hydraulic servo testing machine. Therefore, it is a kind of testing machine with good performance, but because the force control and deformation realize the scope industry and integration, the stability of the machine is closely related to the rigidity of the host machine and the rigidity of the sample. Generally, the tonnage of the plastic testing machine is small, so the rigidity of the main machine is low, and the rigidity of the sample itself is not too large, so there are few models of this kind of testing machine below 10kN, but the models of below 10kN are the most commonly used ones of the plastic class. because the tensile strength of plastics is a very important index for the inspection of plastic mechanical properties, in previous years, there were not many kinds of plastics, and the application was not very wide. In the period of plastic mechanical property inspection items were relatively simple, and the corresponding standards were not very perfect. In this period, a single-purpose tensile testing machine with a motor as the power source, commonly known as electric drawing, was widely used because of its simple structure, single use and lack of performance indicators, but its price was very low. As the name suggests, it can only be used to do a single tensile test, and the data it can process is very limited, and the control measurement accuracy is relatively low. Although it is still used in some occasions, it has been gradually eliminated by the market because of its single function
4. Electro hydraulic servo universal material testing machine
this kind of testing machine is a kind of testing machine with relatively good performance at present. Because it adopts electro-hydraulic servo control technology, it can realize closed-loop control of force, displacement and deformation, and has good control performance. At present, it is widely used in metal and building materials where constant stress, constant strain and creep tests are required, but due to the limitation of oil source flow, its test speed is low. In order to increase the system stiffness and ensure the stable operation of closed-loop control, this kind of testing machine has small stroke, complex operation and difficult expansion configuration. There are few models below 10kN, so it is not suitable for the test of plastic and rubber materials
5. Hydraulic universal material testing machine
simple to use, low price and large tonnage. As the name suggests, hydraulic pressure shows that it is an open-loop control with poor performance. The operation process completely depends on the operator's operation level. In addition, because its mechanical structure and hydraulic loading principle determine its loading speed, the test stroke is small. At present, the minimum model of this kind of testing machine is 50kN, so its small load measurement accuracy is very low, and its expansion and configuration ability is very poor. It is generally only used in structural component tests or simple material performance tests, such as the pullout of connecting components, the tensile strength of reinforcement and other occasions
6, fatigue testing machine
this equipment is the product of fracture fatigue research at a certain stage of mechanical academic development. This experimental machine mainly measures S-N curve and fracture toughness test. (end)
