There are also studies on major issues in planning, including the preparation of development plans for energy conservation and environmental protection industries, and accelerating the cultivation of new economic growth points. We should also do a good job in the research on the construction plan of urban waste treatment facilities during the 12th Five Year Plan, focusing on the objectives, technical routes, policy mechanisms, especially the special research on the harmless treatment of waste treatment technical routes, so as to prepare for the formulation of the 12th Five Year Plan. We should also strengthen publicity and education, carry out national action on energy conservation and emission reduction, popularize knowledge of energy conservation and environmental protection, and actively advocate energy-saving production methods, consumption patterns and living habits.
