however, there is a certain gap in its series and special working conditions. For example, many valves used in national key projects, such as high parameter, environmental protection and energy-saving valves, also rely on imports. Relying on imports is always easy to be choked by others. As a large modern country and consumer country, in order to realize the technology installation, My Peking University team 1 has been committed to the scope of high-quality graphene film production. When we develop this set of software and the continuous improvement of the preparation level of super graphene glass research and development, it is not enough to rely solely on the introduction of foreign advanced technology and equipment. We must accelerate the research and development of domestic advanced technology and equipment and change this dependence. In order to fundamentally change the situation of dependence, Chinese valve enterprises must understand the localization of valves in their key industries and projects. 1 Pipeline coal transportation
pipeline coal transportation is no longer in the United States and Russia, but in China, the "Yu (county) - Wei (Fang) - Qing (Island)" coal transportation pipeline, which has been demonstrated for more than ten years and has long been famous, still faces the suspense of birth certificate. This means that China has not yet improved the overall energy density, and a pipeline for coal transportation has been put into construction. 2. Coal chemical industry
in order to meet the needs of China's energy structure adjustment, the research and development of large-scale coal chemical complete equipment has been listed as one of the 16 major technical equipment tasks vigorously developed by the country in the "Eleventh Five Year Plan". The localization of large-scale coal chemical complete equipment is also the focus of future work
the rapid development of large-scale coal chemical industry needs the support of corresponding technical equipment, especially coal to liquid, methanol, synthetic ammonia, coal to olefin and other coal chemical industries need a large number of large-scale coal chemical complete sets of equipment. The localization of relevant technical equipment is an important measure to reduce project investment, save foreign exchange and improve industrial competitiveness. The main key projects of the research and development of large coal chemical complete equipment include: super large hydrogenation reactor, centrifugal pump and positive displacement pump for coal liquefaction, special valves for coal liquefaction, oil coal slurry heating furnace, large coal slurry homogenization mixer, high thrust reciprocating compressor and large centrifugal compressor, special waste heat boiler, large coal preparation equipment, oil residue gasification core equipment, large natural gas hydrogen production core equipment, etc
in addition, the national development and Reform Commission preliminarily proposed a plan to produce 60million tons of oil products by coal liquefaction by 2015, with a total investment of about 420billion yuan, of which equipment investment accounts for about 200billion yuan. At present, the Shenhua 5million ton oil product large-scale coal to liquid project has been started and smoothly promoted in Ordos, Inner Mongolia, with a total investment of about 35billion yuan. Other projects under construction and preparation include Shenhua Yulin coal liquefaction project in Northern Shaanxi and the coal liquefaction expansion project of the Institute of coal chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Coal to oil (coal liquefaction to oil) is a new technology to be developed during the "Eleventh Five Year Plan". The state has approved the construction of a direct liquefaction project with an annual output of 5million tons of coal in Inner Mongolia. The process conditions of coal direct liquefaction device are very harsh, and the requirements for valves are very high: its medium temperature is ℃; Working pressure MPa; Solid particle content%. The localization of the valve for coal liquefaction is an urgent task for the valve industry
